Once upon a time...

there was a girl named Brittan who was born in a place called Riverside, that's not actually by a river, mind you. Her birth is still celebrated to this day. Last year it was celebrated like so. This year we  celebrated in the apple plenty city of Julian. We spotted deer once or twice, ate good comfort food (a van Beuge sister must) and picked apples (a requirement if spending a day in Julian). Oh and of course took heaps of photos.
